Advertising on the OBA Website

In October 2011, the Oneonta Business Association launched its very first website, realizing the need for an online presence as a great marketing tool.  The Alabama Department of Tourism awarded the organization  a 50% matching grant for the design, hosting, and maintenance of a website.  We are thankful to be to be a multi-year recipient of this grant.  

The OBA website is a wonderful and highly affordable method of communication that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  In the few years that the website has existed, it has recorded over 8,000 regular users.  Our website also works in partnership with the OBA's Facebook page which has links back to the website.  Our Facebook posts have reached in excess of 10,000 people.  

The OBA website currently contains:

• A current membership directory with contact information and links to business websites, Facebook pages, and/or email addresses.
• Organizational information as to leadership, bylaws, and meeting times.
• Information and downloadable entry forms on upcoming events such as the June Fling, Christmas activities, and more.
• Photo galleries that provide a pictorial history of past events.
• Member news and recognition.
• Member advertising - NEW!!!

Banner Ad: $20/month, $180/year
You see it instantly when you visit the OBA homepage.  Banner ads can be made to link to your business website or Facebook page.

OBA Member News Page:
Banner Ad: $8/month, $96/year
Text Ad: Free (Limited to 50 words)

Banner ads can be made to link to your business website or Facebook page. 

Banner Specs:
If you wish to submit your own ad, it must be web-ready and 300 x 250 pixels in size, 96 dpi,and  in jpg or png file format.  The website administrator can assist you with the design of a banner ad for a nominal price or you may use the graphic designer of your choice.

Advertiser Responsibility:
The advertiser is responsible for alerting the website administrator when their banner ad or text ad needs to be updated or removed.  Just email us at [email protected].
