2024 Vendor Registration is now open!
We Are No Longer Accepting Food Vendors!
1. Read the Booth Policy & Guidelines
CLICK HERE to read them. They are on page 2 of the written registration form. You will be asked to affirm that you read them and agree to adhere to them when you fully register. Note: Any cancellations before May 15, 2024, will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after May 15, 2024, will not be refunded. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! It's very important that you take the time to read the guidelines before going any further with your application.

- All food trucks will be located on Railroad Blvd in the food court, there will be no food vendors allowed on 1st Ave this year (NO EXCEPTIONS). The food court will be tied into the event with lots of signage, picnic tables with the kids fun zone & the stage on each end.
- Due to the high number of unpaid registered booths last year, we will only hold an un-paid booth registration for 2 weeks, after which your form will automatically be deleted and you will have to re-register with payment.
- We are not able to supply power or water to our commercial vendors.
- We have a very limited amount of power hook ups for food trucks. You can request additional power for $25 (payment button located below)
- Non-Profits can pay a $40 fee to setup on our event side streets (2nd, 3rd or 4th Streets) or $75 to setup on Main Street.

2. Be Sure to Check Who's Already Registered!!!
We try to keep an updated list of Registered Approved Vendors and recommend that you see who has already registered. Since we allow only one representative of a major line of direct retail items (Scentsy, LulaRoe, Tupperware, etc.), check to see if a retailer has already registered for this event. That will save you some time and keep us from having to refund your booth deposit. Always check before registering.

3. Pay Booth Registration Fee Online or Via Mail
Please use the appropriate payment portal below to pay with a debit or credit card, choose the correct booth (Non-Profit, Commercial or Food) Then, use the drop down list to select the appropriate size. You can also pay with our Venmo & Paypal QR codes below.

4. Complete the information form online (located below the PayPal Links)
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Must be recognized as 501 (c) (3), tax exempt organization by the IRS. Acceptable organizations are charitable organizations, schools, government services, etc. Personal arts and crafts and direct merchant sales are NOT non-profit and must pay the Commercial/For-Profit Rate.
Due to the severe increase of event expenses we are asking Non-Profits to please choose between $40 (10x10ft) booth that will be located just off the main street on 2nd, 3rd or 4th side streets or $75 (10x10ft) for a booth on the main street. All Non-Profits will be limited to a 10x10 booth. Thank you for your understanding!
